This is a Steel & Copper Chef Knife. This knife is made from High Carbon 52100 Steel and Copper. The Live Edge Handle Is made with stabilized burl and resin.

Care Instructions - Hand wash only. Dry the blade completely immediately after washing and never leave it soaking in water. For long-term storage, apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil to the blade. High carbon steel will naturally develop a patina over time, which helps protect the steel and adds character to the knife.

Returns
