Can we fix this?

We hate getting negative reviews for our products. It means something is wrong with our product, something broke, or maybe we just totally dropped the ball on your order. We survive thanks to customers like you who trust us with their hard earned money. If something's broke, we want to try and fix it.

Whatever the reason,
 we'd love a chance to make it right.

First of all, our customer service team has just been emailed about this and will review it asap. Even if you can't stand our guts, we still want to try and figure out what went wrong.

We'll do our best to resolve whatever the issue is, but if we are unable to or you just aren't interested in letting us try, I'm sorry to hear that. We'll review this internally and work hard to do better in the future.
