Circle Charger Update
Hi!
You're here because you recently bought a Circle Charger from Carved.
Right after we shipped your order, we found that the latest version of Apple iOS (14.3) caused some problems with wireless chargers (like ours). We quickly resolved this issue and updated the software in our charger to be compatible with iOS 14.3, but your charger had already been shipped. :(

So here is the issue:
Most likely when you upgrade to iOS 14.3 on your iPhone, your Circle Charger won't work anymore.
It will work fine on any other wireless charging device, just not an iPhone with Apple iOS 14.3.

Even though this issue seems to be caused by an iOS update, we still want to make it right.
There are two steps we'd like to offer you...
1. We can UPGRADE your charger.
Want to keep your current charger? We can upgrade it!
You will need to ship your charger to our shop, we perform the upgrade and ship it back.

Please make sure to include your order number or email address on a note inside the package. You can also just print the email we sent you and include it in the package. Once we receive your charger, we will upgrade it and ship it back to you at no cost. Please allow us 2-3 business days to upgrade your charger and then ship it back to you.
You will need to cover the cost of shipping the charger back to us for repair, but keep reading :)

Want to get a replacement charger? Maybe this was a gift and you can't get it shipped back for repair. We want to replace it for you, at no cost to you.
We emailed you a one-time code that will give you $45 off any order from Carved.com. That code can be used on any order, not just a Circle Charger.
Yes, you read all that correctly.
We can upgrade your charger and we are offering you a totally free replacement. Seems a bit crazy doesn't it?? No, this is not our fault, and Yes, we will lose money on this offer.
However, it's really important to us that we stand behind the products we make and we do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience when buying from us.
